We use Australia Post for all orders placed online. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details to your email provided once your order is ready for dispatch. Parcels can be tracked using the Australia Post ‘Track your item’ feature on their website found here

Delivery may take 2 - 7 working days after the order has been collected by Australia Post.
Parcels sent via Australia Post cannot be longer than 100cm. As a result we may have to tuck in the ends of the rolled leather to ensure we meet this length requirement.
A signature may be required and you can track the status of your order online.
If the delivery of an Australia Post parcel cannot be fulfilled, a delivery card will be left at the nominated delivery address with information about collecting your parcel. Normally your parcel will be redirected to your nearest Australia Post Office for collection. Parcels must be collected within 10 business days, with delivery card and photo ID presented upon collection. If your undelivered parcel is not collected within 10 business days, it will be returned to Packer Leather. Redelivery will be charged for all returned packages.

Where mail is held for an extended period or delayed by customs or quarantine authorities, they’ll get in touch with the addressee directly to let them know.
If you see the track status ‘possible delay’ when tracking your item or in tracking notifications, this might also indicate that your item has been delayed by customs.
Please wait until 15 business days after the expected delivery date before making a late item enquiry.

International orders are shipped by Australia Post.
We will calculate shipping costs and inform you of the price before processing the order.
Shipping time is determined by the various postal systems involved in transporting the goods to your door.
If you have a courier account we can ship your order on your account.

RETURNS - CHANGE OF MIND
Once cut, no return and no exchange.
Packer Leather strives to give 100% satisfaction when shopping with us. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase and have changed your mind, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. If accepted we will provide a return authorisation number and ask you return the product within 14 days. You must retain your original receipt of purchase or it is not possible for us to process the return. Certain restrictions apply. Product(s) must be in the original packaging and leather must not be altered in any way.
All gift cards, specials, final sale, clearance items and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping. If you are returning leather, you should consider using a trackable service or purchasing insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
When received Packer Leather will refund you the original purchase price of the Product.

RETURNS - FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

Packer Leather strives to give 100% satisfaction when shopping with us. In the event that your order is damaged or faulty in some way, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we understand the issue and accept your claim we will provide a return authorisation number and shipping label and ask you return the product within 14 days. You must retain your original receipt of purchase or it is not possible for us to process the return for exchange. Certain restrictions apply. Product(s) must be in the original packaging and leather must not be altered in any way.
When received Packer Leather will send replacement leather free of charge or refund you the original purchase price of the Product.

NON-RECEIPT
If your tracking details show the package was delivered and you cannot locate it, we recommend waiting 48 hours following delivery confirmation as some tracking sites may display a delivered status prior to their arrival at the destination.
If it has been more than 48 hours, please do the following:
1) Look for a notice of attempted delivery left by the carrier
2) Look around the delivery location for your package (On the porch, by your garage etc.)
3) See if someone else in your household or a neighbour accepted the delivery
4) Verify the shipping address used by the carrier and on your order was correct
5) If your package has not shown up within 3 business days of being marked Delivered, contact the carrier and also let us know.
Packer Leather is not responsible for replacing or providing a refund if the address given on the order is incorrect and that is where the package was delivered. Replacing the order will be at the customer’s expense.
